Learning Support Practitioner – SEN Specialist Schools
Aylesbury | Full Time – 5 Days a Week | Immediate Start | Potential to Go Long-Term

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Practitioner to join fantastic SEN specialist schools in Aylesbury. This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday) with the opportunity to become longer term for the right person.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils with additional needs including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning needs

  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to help students access learning

  • Providing personal care where required (full training and support provided)

  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional regulation

  • Creating a calm, structured, and positive learning environment

  • Someone patient, resilient, and genuinely caring

  • Comfortable and willing to support with personal care

  • A team player who can build strong relationships with staff and pupils

  • Available for an immediate start

  • Passionate about SEN and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
