We’re Hiring: Educational Care Worker – Aylesbury

Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives? Do you have the patience, empathy and energy to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

At Teaching Personnel, we’re working closely with fantastic SEN specialist schools in Aylesbury who are looking for dedicated Educational Care Workers to join their teams.

The Role

As an Educational Care Worker, you will:

  • Support pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, complex needs and social, emotional & mental health needs

  • Provide both educational and personal care support where required

  • Help create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with students to help them thrive

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

  • A caring, resilient and proactive attitude

  • A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN

  • Experience in care, support work, youth work or education (preferred but not always essential)

  • A willingness to learn and adapt

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
