We’re Hiring: Educational Care Worker – Aylesbury

At Teaching Personnel, we’re working closely with fantastic SEN specialist schools in Aylesbury who are looking for dedicated Educational Care Workers to join their teams.
The Role
As an Educational Care Worker, you will:

Support pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, complex needs and social, emotional & mental health needs

Provide both educational and personal care support where required
-
Help create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
-
Build positive, trusting relationships with students to help them thrive

Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
