We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic SEN Support Workers to join our amazing team, supporting pupils in primary and secondary schools across Aylesbury!

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same! You’ll:

  • ‍ Support students 1:1 or in small groups
  • Help deliver fun, tailored learning activities
  • Encourage confidence and emotional wellbeing
  • Assist with personal care where needed
  • Work closely with teachers and school staff


What We’re Looking For

You’ll be perfect for this role if you:

  • ✅ Have experience in support work or SEN within education
  • ❤️ Are passionate about working with children
  • Are happy to provide personal care
  • Bring a positive, proactive attitude
  • Hold a valid DBS (or are happy to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
