Cover Supervisor - Rochdale - Earn up to £65 a day

Part time Cover Supervisor required to join a modern secondary school in Rochdale with flexible working hours available.

Teaching Personnel are working as recruitment partners for a large modern secondary school in Rochdale who require a Cover Supervisor to join the school on a part time basis to help cover lessons when planned and unplanned absences arise. This is a long term position until at least the end of the academic year, with the opportunity for a permanent contract depending on performance. With flexible part time hours available this is a perfect opportunity for anybody seeking employment around their current work or learning schedule.

The incoming Cover Supervisor should have previous experience supporting young people, either within a secondary school as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role with transferable experience, such as those involved with social care or youth work. We would also recommend applications from recent graduates who are considering a career in education and would like to gain further experience in a secondary school setting before enrolling on a PGCE or similar Teacher Training Programme.

Our client school is a large modern secondary school based in the heart of Rochdale, making it easily accessible by your own car as well as being located a short distance from major public transport links to the city centre. The school has an excellent reputation within the community thanks to its traditions of delivering academic excellence as well as it offering a supportive environment for both the pupils and staff. The school was recently graded 'Good' by Ofsted in all areas, with it continuing to improve on its way to being an 'Outstanding' place for learning.

For further information contact Jack at the Manchester North Secondary branch of Teaching Personnel or email your CV , alternatively simply apply to this advert with an up to date copy of your CV and a cover letter to request a call back.
