COVER SUPERVISOR - OLDHAM - SEPTEMBER

• Full time Cover Supervisor needed for September start at school in Oldham
• Prior experience working with young people in a secondary school or similar educational environment is essential
• Earn up to £1300 a month dependent on your experience and qualifications as well as responsibilities within the school

Due to the school requiring a large amount of external cover in the previous academic year, our large client school in Oldham are currently recruiting for a team of in house Cover Supervisors to deliver pre set lesson plans for a variety of subjects, to cover planned and unplanned absences throughout the academic year.

Our client school is a large school in Oldham a close distance from major transport links to the city centre and a short drive from the Hollinwood junction off the M60 ring road, making it easily accessible for those on public transport or those with their own car. The school has recently received a large refurbishment, with instalment of state of the art facilities throughout, resulting in excellent provisions for teaching and learning throughout the school.

Working alongside the relevant departments within the school you will have multiple different responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor, including:

• Covering the absence of teaching staff by delivering pre-set lesson plans
• Supporting pupils with any queries they have and offering good direction and advice
• Enforcing behaviour management, ensuring pupils are acting within the lines of the schools behaviour policy
• Monitor pupils progress and report back to teachers and pupils parents
