Cover Supervisor - North Rotherham - Guaranteed Work Scheme

Teaching Personnel are the market leading education recruitment company throughout the UK and due to the continued success of our Sheffield branch we have an immediate requirement for Cover Supervisors to cover short-term and long-term absences at an academy in Rotherham, the academy is part of a large trust Teaching Personnel work with on an exclusive basis.

Cover supervisors do not require Qualified Teacher Status. They involve delivering pre-set work for a variety of subjects while ensuring the continuation of education for all pupils.

As a cover supervisor you will need:

• A passion for working with children
• Great classroom management skills
• Experience of working with young people in some capacity, eg coaching, guides, SEND, graduate in sports or health & social
• Ideally a degree, however this isn't essential

The role of Cover Supervisor roles is an ideal route for those looking to go into a teaching career.
