Here at Teaching Personnel we are looking for a Secondary Cover Supervisor to join our ever growing team of educators. The correct candidate will be hard working and be a great communicator, with excellent classroom management. 

A Cover Supervisor role includes managing a classroom and having an excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum.

Working as a cover supervisor can be extremely rewarding, but also very demanding as you will be in charge of a classroom and ensuring that the work set is carried out to a high standard. There is a high level of responsibility as this position involves commanding the discipline of a class and remaining professional at all times.
