Secondary Supply Teachers Needed in Weymouth & Dorchester

Teaching Personnel is currently supporting a growing number of secondary schools across Sturminster & Shaftesbury that require dedicated supply teachers to meet day‑to‑day, short‑term, and longer‑term classroom needs.
With fluctuating staff requirements throughout the academic year, schools are keen to work with adaptable and confident educators who can step into the classroom and provide continuity for students in the absence of permanent staff.
The Opportunity
Supply teaching roles are available across a range of mainstream secondary settings, covering KS3 and KS4. Work is available on:
- A part‑time basis (ideal for those seeking flexibility)
- A full‑time basis (for consistent, regular work)
- Daily, weekly, or half‑term‑long assignments
Whether a teacher is looking to stay active between permanent roles or prefers supply teaching as a long‑term option, opportunities can be matched to individual preferences.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
