The role of a Cover Supervisor involves delivering pre-set work to classes of up to 30 pupils in the absence of their regular teacher. It is the perfect way to experience life in the classroom in advance of a teaching practice application. It is also a very flexible role, making it ideal for anyone in the area looking to do some part time work. With several secondary school partners, this is also a great way to get into different schools where you might consider a longer term role.

Teaching Personnel also allows you access to an easy-to-use online portal, to show your availability for the upcoming weeks/months, to therefore allow for our team of consultants to either contact you regarding work, or understand you’re not available.

If you’re looking to start your teaching career, it’s great opportunity to develop your skills without the added stress of having to plan and mark the students work after classes. All you’ll be required to do is deliver the pre-set work and ensure the pupils are on task and completing the activities to the best of their ability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
