Job Title: Primary SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Ealing
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £90 - £115 a day

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Job Description: As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students with SEN, helping them to reach their full potential and ensuring they receive the best possible education. You will work closely with classroom teachers and the SEN Coordinator to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
- Adapt learning materials to meet the individual needs of students.
- Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external specialists to provide holistic support to students.
- Monitor and track the progress of students and report to the SEN Coordinator.
- Assist with personal care and mobility for students, if required.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant teaching assistant qualification or experience.
- A genuine passion for working with children with SEN.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and best practices.
- Safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake training).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
