This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are considering a career in teaching in the future.

  • Full-time cover supervisor.

  • Earn up to £350 per week!

As this is the busiest time of year for supply work due to sickness, absences, school trips and course cover, our client school are looking for an eager graduate to work within the support department.

Working as a cover supervisor in our client school will involve supervising pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher. The incoming candidate will also be expected to ensure all students are supported and that the work set is completed. You will also be expected to work with children at varying lessons of learning ability.

To be considered you must be educated to degree level and have some form of experience supporting young people. No specific teaching qualification is required as all work will be set and you will simply be required to supervise the classroom.

Our client school is based in Bury and has been graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted. The school is easily accessible from surrounding areas such as Bolton and Prestwich via the M62 and A580. For applicants who do not drive, the school is also accessible via several forms of public transport from the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
