What You’ll Do: As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be the unsung hero of the classroom, stepping in when regular teachers are absent.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding Learning: Delivering pre-prepared lessons in an engaging manner, ensuring students remain on task.
  • Supporting Students: Providing extra assistance to those who need it, helping them achieve their best.
  • Classroom Management: Managing behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting with classroom setup and tidying up after lessons.

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should:

  • Be adaptable and willing to cover various subjects.
  • Possess excellent behavior management skills.
  • Hold a child workforce DBS on the update service (don’t worry if you don’t have one—we can help you apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
