Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for cover supervisors to work across multiple schools in Hertfordshire

For this role, you do not need to be a fully qualified teacher.

Throughout this role you will work on a flexible basis, you will be offered work up to five days a week, but you will be in control of your own availability and only work on your preferred days. You will be responsible for delivery of pre-planned lessons and supervision of pupils, to cover PPA and short-term absence. Ensuring effective behaviour management in line with school policy and engaging pupils within the learning environment

 

Requirements:

  • Availability for standard working hours: 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Prior experience working in schools is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Subject specific qualifications
  • Full UK Drivers licence
  • Full time availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
