Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing lessons during teacher absences
• Delivering set work and maintaining student engagement
• Managing behaviour in line with school guidelines
• Assisting department

Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for individuals who possess:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Confidence to lead a class independently
• A proactive and positive approach to supporting student learning
• An enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• The ability to provide recent, relevant references
