Cover Supervisor

Are you confident, adaptable, and ready to step into the classroom? We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team!

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity in students' learning during teacher absences. You’ll be responsible for managing classrooms, ensuring students stay on task, and delivering pre-prepared lesson materials across various subjects and year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Ensure that students follow the work set by teaching staff.
• Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide support to students where needed.
• Uphold a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong classroom management skills and confidence to lead lessons.
• Ability to engage and motivate students across a range of subjects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is an advantage.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
