A Secondary School in Portsmouth, with a focus on raising aspirations and providing supportive, structured education, is seeking an ambitious Cover Supervisor to join their team!

The Role
In this role, you’ll take the lead in supervising classes of pupils aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences, ensuring lessons stay on track and learning continues with momentum.
You will bring pre‑prepared lesson materials to life, encourage positive behaviour aligned with school expectations, and create a vibrant, purposeful classroom atmosphere. You may also have the chance to provide one‑to‑one support for students with special educational needs, helping them thrive in their learning!
