About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality learning during teacher absences. You will:
- Deliver pre‑planned lesson materials to classes of students aged 11–16
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment
- Support students with differing abilities, including SEN learners
- Build confidence in classroom management across a variety of subjects
- Become an integral part of a supportive and forward‑thinking school community
