Are you passionate about education and looking for a rewarding role in a dynamic school environment? Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work across a range of schools in Manchester. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning by supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.

Throughout this role you will earn a salary between £85 and £90 per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students stay on task.
  • Support students with their learning and provide assistance when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and report any issues to the appropriate staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work well under pressure.
  • A passion for education and supporting the academic development of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
