Cover Supervisor – Fleet – January 2026 Start

Full-Time or Part-Time | Secondary | Suitable for Graduates & Experienced Cover Supervisors

Are you looking to begin or develop a career in education in January 2026?
Teaching Personnel are working closely with secondary schools in Fleet who are seeking reliable, confident, and motivated Cover Supervisors to support classroom learning across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

This is an ideal opportunity for graduate students, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, or individuals with a strong interest in working within secondary education. The role offers hands-on classroom experience and the chance to build essential skills ahead of future teacher training or education pathways.


The Role:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes in the teacher’s absence
  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
  • Support students with tasks and ensure work is completed to a high standard
  • Work across a range of subjects and year groups, offering variety and valuable experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate students, aspiring teachers, or experienced Cover Supervisors
  • Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners of mixed abilities
  • Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to school life
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
