As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting schools by delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher. You’ll ensure that pupils remain on task, engaged, and motivated throughout the day, helping to maintain a positive and focused learning environment across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

About the Role:

• Start Date: January 2026
• Location: Farnborough secondary schools
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Deliver pre-set lessons and maintain effective classroom management
• Supervise students across a range of subjects and year groups
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and engagement

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with young people, either in schools, youth work, or coaching
• Be confident managing a classroom and building positive relationships with students
• Be reliable, professional, and adaptable
• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification (ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching)
