Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools – Farnborough
Start Date: September 2025

Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive secondary school setting? From September 2025, Teaching Personnel are working with secondary schools in Farnborough who require Cover Supervisors to join their teams.

This role is an excellent opportunity for:

  • Graduates considering a future in teaching
  • Unqualified teachers looking to gain experience
  • Experienced LSAs or support staff wanting to take the next step

The Role:

  • Supervising classes across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons set by subject teachers
  • Managing behaviour and ensuring students remain on task
  • Supporting the school in maintaining a positive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
