Early Careers Teacher (ECT) – Secondary Schools in Basingstoke | Immediate and Ongoing Roles

Are you a passionate Early Careers Teacher (ECT) ready to begin your teaching journey? Looking for the right school to complete your induction or gain valuable classroom experience?

Teaching Personnel is working with a number of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Basingstoke, seeking enthusiastic and motivated ECTs to join their teams. Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, longer-term roles, or your first permanent placement, we’re here to help you find the right fit.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified teachers with QTS who are at the beginning of their career
  • A strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students
  • A proactive, adaptable and positive attitude
  • A desire to make a meaningful difference to learners in Key Stage 3 and 4

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
