Teaching personnel are currently seeking a full-time cover supervisor to work in a secondary school in Daventry, starting as soon as possible.

Role responsibilities include

- Supervising classes during teacher absences.

- Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials.

- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.

- Supporting students to stay on task and engaged.

Requirements

- Previous experience working with young people (school experience desirable)

- Strong classroom management and communication skills.

- Confidence working across different subjects.

- A positive, reliable and professional approach.
