We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Cover Supervisor for a prestigious Secondary School in the vibrant town of Bournemouth. Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. Your responsibilities will include covering multiple classes across various subjects, ensuring that all prepared work is delivered effectively, and providing supervision and support to students throughout the lesson(s). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and contribute to the educational development of young learners.

Requirements:

Confident and proactive individuals with a passion for education. Experience as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous but not essential. Willingness to undergo training through our Cover Supervisor course (provided by Teaching Personnel). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, from 8am to 3pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
