Pay Range: GBP60.00 to GBP70.00 per day

Teaching Personnel are exclusively working with this Ofsted Good school who are seeking a Cover Supervisor full-time to join them in September.
The purpose of this post is to cover lessons in a teacher’s absence. This is a very important role in the school, helping young people to maximise their potential and supporting the school community as a whole. This post may be suitable for someone with an interest in developing a career in school or as the first steps to a career in teaching.
The person appointed will:
• work directly with students aged 13 to 18 in school;
• be confident liaising with students, teachers, and support staff;
• have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for working within the demanding environment of an Upper School and Sixth Form with the satisfaction of helping young people to learn.
The school will provide essential training to ensure that the Learning Supervisor is equipped to undertake the role. It is our expectation that Learning Supervisors will actively support our Faculty and Student Support teams by assisting with display work and co-ordination of resources. Precise areas will be dependant on the interests and skills of the persons appointed. This ensures a variety of tasking for the Learning Supervisors over the course of a week. This post is for up to 30 hours per week, term time only

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
