Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a confident and versatile cover supervisor to work across the wide range of secondary schools with high demand in Cardiff.

As a cover supervisor your day-to-day will be filled with covering a variety of subjects and classes of all ages 11-16 in the school; no planning or marking is required as all lessons will be pre-planned by the class teacher. All resources will be provided for you, your job is to deliver the content and manage behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy, ensuring that all pupils are happy and on task.

Essentials:

-          Strong personality who are confident in front of classes.

-          Professional in all that they do.

-          Enhanced DBS

-          Registration with the EWC

** If you do not have either DBS or EWC registration, TP can support you with the application for these upon registration with TP. **

Desirables:

-          Previous classroom experience (Teaching, Cover Supervisor or TA).

-          Experience of management, coaching or care.

-          Further education qualifications or higher.
