Cover Supervisor – Fleet – January 2026 Start

Full-Time | Secondary | Suitable for Graduates Starting a Career in Education

Are you a graduate looking to start a rewarding career in education? Teaching Personnel are supporting a busy secondary school in Fleet seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates wanting to gain hands-on classroom experience and develop their skills in a school environment.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining learning continuity, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, and ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment.


The Role:

  • Supervise classes following pre-prepared lessons and resources
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom
  • Support students across a wide range of subjects and abilities
  • Provide cover for absent teachers while ensuring students remain on task
  • Report on student progress and behaviour to teaching staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduates or individuals looking to start a career in education
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and confident working with secondary-aged students
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different classroom environments
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
