The Role

As a Classroom Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4. You will:

  • Confidently supervise classes of students aged 11–16 during planned or unplanned teacher absences
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, ensuring learning continues smoothly
  • Promote positive behaviour aligned with school values
  • Maintain a purposeful, engaging and supportive classroom environment
  • Work as part of a team delivering a broad, ambitious curriculum praised by Ofsted for its clarity and progression

This full-time role offers an immediate start and the chance to contribute to a school community with consistently “Good” Ofsted ratings.
