Cover Supervisor – KS3 and KS4 Teaching

Location: Southsea, Hampshire
Start Date: Immediate

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of learning for students aged 11–16 during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials with confidence and clarity
  • Supporting positive behaviour in alignment with the school’s values and expectations
  • Creating a calm, focused and purposeful learning environment
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism across all year groups
  • Gaining hands‑on experience supporting students with special educational needs, offering valuable insight that will strengthen your development and enhance your future career in education
