Cover Supervisor – Opportunity to Build Your Teaching Career (KS3 & KS4)
Location: Southsea, Hampshire
Salary: £95 - £130 per day

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring learning continues smoothly during teacher absences. Working with students aged 11-16, you will:
- Confidently deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
- Maintain a positive, purposeful classroom environment
- Encourage behaviour that reflects the school’s values
- Support students to stay engaged, motivated and on track
