About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring learning continues smoothly during teacher absences. Working with students aged 11-16, you will:

  • Confidently deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
  • Maintain a positive, purposeful classroom environment
  • Encourage behaviour that reflects the school’s values
  • Support students to stay engaged, motivated and on track
