We are seeking a reliable and proactive Classroom Supervisor to work across two secondary schools in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in school support roles, assisting with classroom management and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Role:

• Supervising classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task

• Supporting teaching staff with day-to-day classroom routines

• Assisting with behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Working across two school sites, providing flexible support where needed

• Supporting pupils in small groups or one-to-one interventions as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting (schools, childcare, mentoring, etc.)

• Confident in managing classes and maintaining order

• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education
