Teaching Personnel are currently looking for mainstream teaching assistants and teachers who are looking for a change of direction in their career and become apart of a SEN School. In a specialist setting you will have small class sizes allowing you to focus your attention on each individual student and support 1:1 with each student in the class allowing you to make a real difference.
In an SEN school you will not only be supported by the senior leadership team but also specialist within the school such as therapy, nursing and multi-sensory teams. This school is located in Liverpool and is looking for both Teachers and Teaching Assistants.
Minimal Requirements:
- A child workforce DBS on the update service, or one completed through Teaching Personnel
- Have UK QTS or the overseas equivalent and are confident with children with SEN
- Be approachable and encourage to develop relationships with other staff members and the pupils
- Previous experience with the SEN students is preferred, but we will consider newly qualified teachers for this role
- Be able to provide 2 references covering 6 years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
