Childcare and Development teacher

Our client secondary school is looking to recruit a childcare and development teacher to start with them following the February half term. The successful childcare and development teacher will be teaching BTEC level to those in upper school and have a split timetable between the childcare development role and technology role. If you have experience in teaching childcare development and are available following the February half term, then apply now for consideration.

Highlights of this childcare and development role:

  • Part time, 4 days per week Childcare Development teaching role
  • Pay range will be dependent upon payscale and experience
  • Central Manchester secondary school
  • Role due to start after the February half term for half a term in the first instance

The school prides itself on having turned itself around as of late and has become a school which is gaining a good reputation. The senior leadership team is highly supportive and has been praised on moving the school in the right direction. They are therefore looking for a teacher that is not only experienced in teaching childcare but can have a positive impact at this crucial time in the school's history as well students' school career.

The school is located in the central Manchester area making it very easily accessible via public transport on the tram or bus. The school also has a large on site car park which is for use by all staff and is fully secure. The school has fantastic facilities and is housed in a relatively new building.

  • Access to regular CPD opportunities and training through Teaching Personnel and directly with the school
  • Part time role for half a term in the first instance
