Chemistry or Physics Teacher needed Easter start!

Our client school have asked us to find a Science Teacher to start at Easter or sooner if possible!

This is a last minute request as the Science Teacher they did have is having an operation that will run up until the end of the academic year.

The role is full time in a good performing mixed comprehensive school. You will be part of a successful science department that will support you in the role. The teaching timetable will consist of general science with chemistry and physics to key stage 5.

Ideally you will have experiencing teaching chemistry or physics to key stage 5 but the school are willing to consider general science teachers. If you are an NQT please also apply.

The school is based outside Newport and has great transport links. It is easily accessible by public transport with regular train and bus routes available.

Pay is £90+ a day and is negotiable. There will be interviews taking place this next week and during the Easter half term if needed!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
