The governors of a Rossendale based school are currently seeking to appoint a Business Teacher to a full time position starting in June 2019.

As an oversubscribed Secondary School in the Rossendale area the Governors would like to appoint a Business Teacher for a 12 month Maternity position. With a successful 6th form the school are seeking someone with experience delivering Business up to KS5.

Candidates considering this role should:

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status

- Hold Bachelors in a Business related subject

- Be able to develop a classroom environment orientated around engagement

- Effectively motivate pupils to drive their own learning

The school is partnered with an 'Outstanding' Teaching School. There is access to a range of CPD opportunities and there is a full induction process for NQT's. Applications from Teachers at all stages of their career are encouraged and would be fully supported with an induction for new staff available.

The successful Candidates will benefit from:

- Salary in line with experience

- Extensive school support systems

- A developing school with opportunities for further career progression

- Modern classroom facilities
