Teacher of Business Studies
Manchester

Teaching Personnel are looking for a creative and inspiring teacher of Business Studies to join our client school in Manchester. The successful Business Studies teacher will join our client school on a full time basis from January 2020 and will be required on a fixed term contract until the end of the academic year.

  • Full time post – teaching GCSE Business Studies  
  • Salary to reflect MPS/UPS  (GBP24,373 - GBP40,490)
  • Commencing January 2020 until the end of the academic year in the first instance

The successful Business Studies teacher will have extensive teaching experience delivering GCSE Business Studies and will take responsibility of teaching engaging lessons to a range of learning abilities. They will have excellent oral and written communication skills and will have the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively. We are looking for a Business Studies teacher who has an enthusiasm for their subject specialism and will be able to inspire students of all learning abilities.

Our client secondary school is a mixed 11-16 school located in the East area of Manchester. The school is located a short drive from the city centre and easily accessible via public transport. For those who drive, the school also has a large car park accessible for all staff members. The school has just fewer than 800 pupils on roll and serves a diverse community of all background and cultures. Due to the catchment area, the school has a high percentage of students whose first language is not English and those who are eligible for free school meals. We are therefore looking for a teacher of Business Studies who will be able to engage students from all backgrounds and will ensure that every student achieves their potential.
