Teaching Personnel is the UK’s leading education recruitment agency.  We proudly offer the best and fastest opportunities for progression in the sector, developing and rewarding future leaders in a team-led and community spirited culture that attracts and retains the best talent.

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Branch Manager with a passion for education to join our business in Northampton.

We’re looking for experienced education recruiters, or those from a similar background in other sectors, to join our expanding branch network and provide the leadership, direction and skills that will help take our dedicated team of consultants to the next level.

The successful applicant will take a lead role in the Northampton office and have management responsibility for one of three branches. You will benefit from both an established client relationship base and great potential for future growth.  You will also be supported by a growing team of dedicated, passionate and talented recruitment consultants.

You may already be a successful Branch Manager looking for further development and progression, or a Senior Consultant who is ready to take the next step in your career.  A strong work ethic and ability to lead from the front will be essential.  You should also believe in the same things we do: team work, quality and continuous improvement.

You will have a clear career path with all the support, development and opportunities you will need to establish an exciting and rewarding management career.

A generous package is also on offer for the successful candidate, including a competitive salary, performance related commission scheme and eligibility to join our management share scheme.  There are regular company-wide, regional and personal incentive rewards as well as a host of other lifestyle benefits such as discounted gym membership and retail shopping discounts.

Applications are particularly welcomed from recruiters who want to be part of a company who are looking to raise standards in professional recruitment and who wish to make a difference by partnering and supporting the education sector with the provision of quality services.

Please apply with an up to date CV.
