Behavioural Teaching Assistant Needed in LS8

Job description

This primary school which is based in Leeds - LS8, is on the search for a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to help support Key Stage 2 children. This school is committed to excellence and life-long learning by providing high quality teaching and a creative curriculum for all of their pupils.
Their Ofsted report stated that 'the school continues to be good' and that 'the school's ethos strongly promotes pupils personal development'. They would therefore like a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant who can help to support and further this. This would be in particular by, using inclusive strategies, addressing particular needs and by creating a supportive environment for the children to help them to stay on task.
Requirements:
Excellent behaviour management skills
Excellent organisational skills
Good knowledge of the curriculum
Have previous experience supporting children with behavioural needs
Teaching Assistant qualification or Degree
Available to work Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)
