About the Opportunity

We are recruiting a passionate SEN Teacher with QTS to join a highly supportive and well-resourced secondary setting.

This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on young people at a crucial stage of their education.

The Students

You will be teaching pupils aged 11 to 14 with a range of Special Educational Needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

  • ADHD

  • Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)

Class sizes are small, with excellent support in place to help pupils succeed both academically and emotionally.

 

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Has a minimum of 6 months education experience supporting children with SEN

  • Confident delivering engaging lessons adapted to individual needs

  • Is committed, patient, and resilient

  • Available for full-time secondary work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
