Behaviour Support Worker Required in West Yorkshire

An Academy in West Yorkshire is seeking to appoint experienced Teaching Assistants to become part of the SEN Department. Must be able to support pupils on a one-to-one, group basis and create a motivational and stimulating environment. This post will suit someone who is passionate about their work and will be prepared to face difficult and sometimes challenging situations. The Team Teach qualification would be ideal but not essential. Full vetting and reference checks are essential for all candidates registering with Teaching Personnel. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
