Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a behaviour support Teaching Assistant with a sports based background.

Teaching Personnel are looking for a candidate who has a sports based background to support pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviours. The role is support pupils on a 1:1/small group basis, supporting their needs on and off the site depending on their timetables. The ideal candidate must be able to drive with access to their own vehicle.

The roles are working from 8:30-3:30, 5 days a week, term time only.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in educational settings and supporting pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviours. All candidates must have a minimum of GCSE grade A-C or equivalent. If you have any additional qualifications such as: Team teach, MAPA, behaviour management, BTEC sports or other related qualifications then this will strengthen your application.

All candidates must have a DBS in child workforce which is registered on the update service. If you do not have a current DBS then do not worry as we can support you through the process.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
