Teaching Perssonnel are looking for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a school based in Chelmsford. The suitable candidate will need to be confident and resilient and will be working with students that require extra support.
This would be an excellent post for a conscientious, enthusiastic, highly-motivated individual, particularly if he/she wishes to gain wider experience of teaching, perhaps with a view to obtaining a teaching qualification in the future.
Experience, training and qualification:
**Calming mannerisms in challenging situations.
**Strong behaviour management skills while creating a fun learning environment.
**Driven to motivate the pupil and increase his participation.
**The ability to grow individual personal development.
**Be caring, patient and have good communication skills.
**Be self-reflective, have a willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative.
**Willing to complete Safeguarding online training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
