Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant KS1-KS2

Job Duties:

The Behaviour Support Assistant will work with students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 to support their emotional and behavioural development. Duties include implementing behaviour management strategies, providing one-to-one support to students, assisting with the creation and implementation of individual behaviour plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure a consistent approach to managing challenging behaviours.

Required Qualifications:

- Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting - Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Education:

- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
