Are you looking to work with children with challenging behaviours?

A Primary School in Salford (M3) are looking to add a teaching assistant to support a child who has social and emotional needs which can lead to challenging behaviour. The year 5 pupil can become frustrated, and regularly acts out which can disrupt the class. The school SENCO is looking to add a nurturing but firm support assistant who can support the pupil in class but who is also able to work outside of the classroom if needed.

If you have experience of working with children with Social and Emotional needs and display challenging behaviour this would be a great role for you to help support this pupil.

- Year 5 Teaching Assistant

- Supporting behaviour with one child

- In class support and support around school

- Withdrawal work out of class when necessary

- November start, long term role
