Support Assistant Required
A Primary School in the (BB10) area of Burnley are looking to appoint a full-time specialist support assistant who has strong behaviour management skills and experience working alongside an individual child with challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will ideally be TEAM TEACH qualified and confident in using a range of strategies to deescalate challenging and disruptive behaviour.
The Head teacher is looking for a practitioner who can hit the ground running and build a strong relationship with the child.
The role will be to start ASAP on a full-time, long-term basis. Your line manager will be the SENCO in school who is approachable and happy to support with the child’s behaviour plan and education plan.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
