Trainee Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for trainee teaching assistants who have a passion for supporting primary aged pupils.
We have a variety of schools in the London Borough of Enfield who are seeking full-time and part-time teaching assistants to begin in January 2023.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have experience working within a classroom environment or supporting young pupils in other settings. We highly encourage those with social care, health care, tutoring or similar backgrounds to apply.
The role of a classroom assistant is a vital part of the learning process for all pupils. As a TA, you will work alongside the classroom teacher, supporting pupils across a range of key stages. You will be offering support on a 1:1 basis or within a group setting.
A successful applicant will have:
- Be a passionate, pro-active and dedicated individual
- Have previous experience supporting Primary aged children in some capacity
- Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week
- A current DBS on the update system (or willingness to obtain)
- A UK resident with right to work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
