You must be able to support and encourage pupils to develop both academically and socially. Unparalleled behaviour management skills are a must. If you have a background in Youth Work, Psychology, Sports (coaching), Art and Design and Music then this role is ideal for you.

The working hours are 8:30am - 3:30pm, up to 5 days a week. The school are looking to train the right candidate with the right resilient attitude. 

You must have a DBS on the updated system, alongside relevant training, such as Team-teach Positive Intervention, Safe-guarding, and First Aid.
