Teaching Personnel are working with various East London & Essex SEN schools to recruit Behaviour Support Assistants. If you have experience as a LSA, Teaching Assistant or Care Assistant, we encourage you to apply!

 

Details:

Role: Behaviour Support Assistant

Locations: Stratford, Plaistow, Romford, Loughton,

Schedule: Full-time - Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM

Salary: £90 - £110 per day, depending on experience (PAYE)

 

Duties:

  • Support students aged 4-18 y.o with SEN and Behavioural needs
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
  • Communicate and work effectively with other school staff
  • Role model positive attitudes, values and behaviours to students
  • Promote & encourage inclusion, compassion & learning to both students & staff
  • Personal care required by all staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
