Behaviour Support Assistant

I am currently working with an alternative service who works with individuals who have been permanently excluded, or who are at the risk of permanent exclusion. Their aim is to provide a positive learning experience so that the students can gain the skills and confidence that will allow them to become more successful within education. They are looking to recruit an individual who has strong behaviour management and motivational skills.

Role:

• Behaviour Management
• 1 on 1 and small group work
• Delivering intervention
• Support students with SEND so they have appropriate access and assistance to the curriculum 
• Liaison with teachers about planning, preparation and effective ways of teaching
