Job description

Calling all Sports or Psychology Graduates

Behaviour 1-to-1

Bridgend CF35

Pay from £12.90 per hour and £83.85 per day

Full time (Monday-Friday 8:30-15:30)

We are working with a local behaviour provision to find former sport and psychology students who want to expand knowledge and experience within an educational setting. It is important that you have an active interest in helping pupils learn and improve within a classroom setting and socially. The young people really benefit from a positive role model who can impact their attitude towards learning and self-growth.

The school have actively implemented using sport during free times and lessons as a way for the pupils to find focus and grow in confidence. The school has limited sports facilities on site so you will need to be trustworthy and confident in taking pupils off site to promote independence within the local community.

What you need

ü  Sport or Psychology background

ü  Any additional courses or training in behaviour would be advantageous.

ü  An Enhanced DBS (We can assist in your application)

ü  Registration to the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
